requirements?
Reinoldmax is approved by the BFP as a Fire Extinguisher to be in compliance with the Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9514 - IRR 2019), and have been tested and recommended by the BFP as an effective alternative to the traditional Fire Extinguishers.
Why is reinoldmax smaller and lighter than the traditional fire extinguishers?
Reinoldmax is an innovative AFFF fire extinguisher which is an Aerosol type fire retardant that has found and proven to be effective against all types of fire (A, B, C, D, and K).

Reinoldmax may be smaller and lighter, BUT it has 3x more capacity and effectivity compared against the traditional fire extinguishers. It has 3x longer spray time, no annual refill and expiry for 5 years.
Why is reinoldmax has ratings unlike the traditional fire extinguishers? what is it for?
According to the Fire Code of the Philippines (Sec 10.2.6.9E), "The classification of fire extinguisher shall consist of a letter that indicates the class of fire on which a fire extinguisher has found to be effective, preceded by rating number."

Reinoldmax has been tested and certified by MPA DRESDEN (an international certifying body) to have ratings of 3-A, 13-B and 21-B, C, D, and 5-K. These ratings have been tested and approved by TUV, BSI, KIWA, etc., and lastly by the BFP.
